Below is an overview of our Terms of Service for our “App”, which means any website, application, or service we offer. You should read the complete Terms of Service because that document (and not this overview) is our legally binding agreement.
Your Relationship with Forged Road
- By using our App, you are agreeing to our Terms of Use. The Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement between you and the Developer
- If you break the rules, we may suspend or terminate your account.
- If you break the rules, we may suspend or terminate your account. We charge for certain aspects of our Platform, and some of these fees are billed regularly and recurringly (unless you disable auto-renewal or cancel your subscription).
- Using our Platform involves meeting real people and doing real things in the real world, which can sometimes lead to unexpected situations. We can’t control what happens in the real world, and we are not responsible for it. You should use common sense and good judgment when interacting with others.
TERMS OF USE
This Terms of Use agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (referred to as “User,” “you,” or “your”) and Alexander Nicholas (referred to as “Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the developer of the Forged Road (the “App”) available at forgedroad.com (the “Website”). By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
App Usage
The App is designed to facilitate car meetups and related activities. You understand and agree that your use of the App is at your own risk, and you will be solely responsible for any activities or actions you undertake through the App.
User Responsibilities
As a User, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
- Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations when using the App.
- Use the App in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or violate any third-party agreements.
Content Ownership
You retain all rights and ownership of the content you submit or upload to the App. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly display, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating and promoting the App.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any damages, liabilities, or losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. We are not responsible for any actions, events, or transactions that occur outside of the App, including any meetings or interactions among Users.
Disclaimer
The App and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We have not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and are not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Us. The App makes no representations or warranties regarding third-party websites, and use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk. When you leave the Site, you should be aware that our terms and policies no longer govern. You should review the applicable terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices, of any website or application to which you navigate from the Site.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the App, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any rights of third parties.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tennessee.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous representations, understandings, or agreements.
